By accessing or using FortiBlox services, including the Explorer, Monitor, Documentation, Oracle, and Wallet applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

FortiBlox provides blockchain infrastructure services for the X1 ecosystem, including:

  • Explorer: Blockchain data exploration and transaction tracking
  • Monitor: Network monitoring and validator performance tracking
  • Documentation: Developer resources and API documentation
  • Oracle: Real-world data feeds for smart contracts
  • Wallet: Digital asset management tools

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating accounts or using our Services
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and private keys
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Not use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Blockchain Transactions

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed
  • You are solely responsible for your transactions and wallet security
  • FortiBlox does not have custody of your digital assets
  • Transaction fees are determined by network conditions, not FortiBlox
  • We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify blockchain transactions

5. API Usage

If you use our APIs, you agree to:

  • Comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Not resell or redistribute API data without permission
  • Attribute data to FortiBlox when required
  • Not use APIs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Accept that API access may be modified or revoked at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by FortiBlox or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks without written consent
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Create derivative works based on our Services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FORTIBLOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security from unauthorized access

Blockchain data displayed through our Services is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTIBLOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or digital assets
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
  • Unauthorized access to your accounts or data
  • Errors or omissions in blockchain data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FortiBlox in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FortiBlox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your blockchain transactions or digital asset activities

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and associated data
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FortiBlox regarding the use of our Services.
